Growing Food. Growing Futures.

Through hands-on training and community farming, we equip the next generation to break cycles of hunger and poverty with dignity and lasting impact.

The need is great—but so is the potential.

Our agriculture program was started from a deep desire to cultivate sustainability, restore dignity through work, and provide lasting solutions to hunger and poverty in our communities. It’s more than just farming—it’s about equipping families, empowering students, and building a future where food security and economic opportunity go hand in hand.

The impact
We currently operate a 9-acre farm in Lilongwe, Malawi.

On this land, we cultivate crops, manage two fully operational chicken houses, and maintain two piggeries. This farm not only provides food for local families but provides employment and is a catalyst for community transformation. Our goals are threefold:

Equip Students with Practical Skills for Sustainable Living
We train students in foundational gardening and agricultural skills, emphasizing the importance of responsibility, stewardship of the land, and sustainable food production. By learning to grow their own food, students are empowered to start gardens at home—providing nourishment for their families and taking a vital step toward self-sufficiency.

Ensure Year-Round Food Security
We strategically grow a diverse range of vegetables and crops suited to various climates and conditions, ensuring harvests regardless of the season. In addition to crops, our program includes animal husbandry—raising pigs and chickens—to provide essential protein sources like meat and eggs. This holistic approach supports the development of balanced diets and reduces dependency on external food aid.

Create Jobs and Strengthen the Local Economy
By developing agriculture as a community-driven initiative, we generate employment, promote entrepreneurship, and contribute to the overall economic stability of the region. One of our core commitments is to make nutritious food accessible and affordable—offering basic staples at low, fair prices.
