Healthcare with Heart

Serving over 40,000 patients since 2016, the Piereck Clinic stands as a beacon of hope and healing for families across six underserved communities.

Healing with Dignity, Serving with Love

The Piereck Clinic began in 2016 as a small, family-run clinic with a simple but powerful mission: to care for the health of the children in our schools, many of whom were at risk due to the high prevalence of malaria. Since its opening, the clinic has grown beyond its original vision to become a vital lifeline for the surrounding area. It now serves over six neighboring communities, providing essential healthcare services including basic medical care, child wellness checkups, prenatal and postnatal support, family planning, and nutrition education.

the impact
For many, the Piereck Clinic is the only accessible healthcare option, as the nearest alternative facility is 11 kilometers (6.8 miles) away

We intentionally keep our services affordable: a small consultation fee of 5,000 Kwacha (approximately $2.89 USD) covers not only the doctor visit but also any necessary medications. In contrast, the closest clinic charges 55,000 Kwacha (about $31.88 USD)—nearly an entire month’s salary for many families, and that doesn’t even include medication.

Driven by compassion and excellence, the Piereck Clinic has earned the trust of the community and the recognition of local government officials for its high standard of care.
