Nutrition that Nurtures

Through daily meals, health checkups, and targeted care, we’re helping children overcome malnutrition and build strong foundations for the future.

restoring health. building strength. offering hope.

Malnutrition is a serious and widespread issue, affecting more than 50% of the population we serve. At SOW Mission, addressing malnutrition through both nutrition and education is one of our highest priorities. We recognize that many families simply cannot afford to provide three meals a day for their children—so we step in to ensure that every student has the nourishment they need to grow, learn, and thrive.

how we're actively combating malnutrition

Nutritious School Meals: We provide breakfast and lunch daily at our schools, ensuring every child receives at least two balanced meals each day.

Monthly Health Assessments: Every student receives a monthly medical checkup to monitor growth, nutrition levels, and overall health.

Targeted Medical Support: We supply essential medications and supplements to children who are anemic or severely undernourished.

Support for Children with HIV/AIDS: We walk alongside children living with HIV, providing both education and access to the medication they need for a healthy future.
